Gingerbread Turtle Thumbprint Cookies

these are easy to make and only take about 10 minutes to make.

1/4 cup flour

3/4 pecans

2 tablespoons whipping cream

22 caramels

salt

chocolate

take sugar cookies and put in a bowl. add 1/4 cup flour and mix. shape dough into balls and roll in 3/4 pecans.

add 2 tablespoons whipping cream to 22 caramels and melt.

bake for 8 minutes. make holes in the dough and pour the caramel into the cookie.

sprinkle with salt and put a chocolate in the middle.
