Ginger Milk Toffee

Ingredients 

Condensed milk
Sugar 400g
Ginger 50g
Coconut 1 cup 
Half a cup of water

Adding of Condensed Milk, Water and Sugar

Heat the fire and add condensed milk, half a cup of water and sugar 

Adding of Coconut and Ginger

When the mixture becomes thick add coconut and ginger

Finally when the mixture is thicken, remove it from heat and pour it on a greased tray. 
Leave it for some time and then cut it before it get hard...
