Gift Packages to Snack Tower

BEAUTY IS SIMPLE YET COMPLICATED.

For decades we collect amounts of sweet kind beautiful gifts from our best of best companions. During all sorts of holidates these types of metal baskets and tins start to build a tower of memories how much we are loved. Since donating is never losing its appreciation. Gather your metal and some drumsticks then give everyone a certain kind of center piece of whatever holidates for the table. Pending any theme or food dress it for your best of best and serve it well.

please note the lids are great to build a snack tower.

Supplies

  1. Different shapes and sizes of metal baskets or tins
  2. Drumstick
  3. Screws of choice
  4. Metal peg of choice
  5. Safety glasses
  6. Drill
  7. Drill bits
  8. Screw driver to match screws of choice
  9. String
  10. Glue gun
  11. Glue sticks
  12. Black marker
  13. Snacks of choice

During many holidates we receive all kinds of gifts and give all kinds of gifts. Year after year we gather many sizes, shapes, quality metal tins boxes or baskets. To nice to throw away yet so beautiful it gathers dust over years in dark corners, even better donated to the nearest thrift shop. Chances are it will be used as a gift again. Time and time again humanity will cycle all sorts of these items.

This simple holiday project will be a nice center snack bar for part of the presentation of food for Your guest during Your holidates.

Drum Stick Measurements Then Drill Hole

ITEMS NEEDED FOR THIS STEP

Drum Stick (it measures around 40 cm)

Black Marker

Drumstick measurements then drill hole

  1. Draw a dot on larger end.(bottom)
  2. Draw a line for a middle point to draw a dot 0.5 cm under the line.(dot A)
  3. Draw a line on the smaller end (top) to draw a dot 0.5 cm under the line.(dot B)
  4. Drill a hole in the bottom dot, in the middle dot(dot A), in the top dot(dot B).

please note the hole drilled neeeds to match the size of choice screws.

ITEMS NEEDED FOR THIS STEP

Safety Glasses

Black Marker

drill bits

drill

screw size of choice

string

Three metal baskets or tin large for the bottom, medium for the middle and small for the top.

  1. Draw a dot in the middle of the bottom of each metal basket or tin.


BOTTOM BASKET OR TIN

  1. Drill a hole in the bottom of the metal basket or tin to match the screw of choice to attach the drumstick.


MIDDLE BASKET OR TIN

  1. Measure the circumference of the middle line of the drumstick. (circle A)
  2. Draw the circle A around the dot on the bottom of the medium basket or tin.
  3. Drill the hole in the bottom of the metal basket or tin for the drumstick to have a snug fit.


TOP BASKET OR TIN

  1. Measure the circumference of the top line of the drumstick. (circle B)
  2. Draw the circle B around the dot of the bottom of the small basket or tin.
  3. Drill the hole in the bottom of the metal basket or tin for the drumstick to have a snug fit.

ITEMS NEED FOR THIS STEP

screws of choice

screw driver that matches screws of choice

metal pegs

Drumstick marked and holes drilled.

Metal baskets or tins marked and drilled.

ASSEMBLE YOUR SNACK TOWER

  1. Attach bottom metal basket or tin to the drumstick with a screw.
  2. Insert the metal bar or screw of choice under the middle line.(dot A)
  3. Slide the middle metal basket or tin on the drumstick.
  4. Insert the metal bar or screw of choice under the top line.(dot B)
  5. Slide the top metal basket or tin on the drumstick.

PLEASE NOTE I USED METAL PEGS TO ADD BLANCE TO THE MIDDLE AND TOP METAL BASKET. I SUGGEST TO USE A LONGER ONE FOR REASONS TO KEEP THE BASKETS FROM TILTING.

ITEMS FOR THIS STEP

Snack tower

Glue gun

Glue sticks

Plug in the glue gun. PLEASE BE CAREFUL THE GLUE IS HOT. MAY BURN SKIN.

For extra support to keep the metal baskets or tin from tilting use the glue from the glue gun.

Please note to put hot glue on one metal basket or tin at a time.

Place a line of glue around the middle near the drumstick in each center of metal baskets or tins.

  1. Top metal basket or tin first.
  2. Middle metal basket or tin second.
  3. Bottom metal basket or tin last.

Let dry.

Place a line of glue around the middle near the drumstick on the bottom of each metal basket or tin.

  1. Top metal basket or tin first.
  2. Middle metal basket or tin second.
  3. Bottom metal basket or tin last.

Let dry.

Snacks are a great way to treat yourself and your guest during holidates. There are all sorts of healthier sweet treats to chose from. With this in mind remember who will be snacking, be mindful of what size fingers might get a hold of these sweets and always try to keep aware.
