First of all we need to cut the MDF wood in desired size or as given in the picture.you can refer pictures to understand how a single sheet is cut down into peices and joined all together and how hole is created for speakers.

SEALING GAPS

Best sound quality comes only when box is sealed well ,so in this step we will mix fevicol or any glue with polish wood powder and some water to make a thick cement like paste ,which we will use to seal every corner or joint in our box so air does not leaks out. you need to do this with your finger because it guarantees the work is perfect or not . after applying it wait for 4/5 hours till then we can do step 3

APPLYING WOOD POLISH POWDER PAINT

Now we need to use same glue and wood polish powder but with more water so it looks like a thick paint , use this paint all over the box only from outside and let it dry for few hours .

SANDING & APPLYING WOOD POLISH POWDER PAINT

Now use 80 grid sandpaper to sand surface of the box ,yes we are sanding the paint ,don't do sanding really hard just do it lightly and then again paint second layer of our powder and glue paint ,as doing this step will make sure every area of MDF wood is covered and it will also ma a thick coat which will not peel off. now dry this again for few hours. and sand it again with 150 grid sand paper lightly and clean the powder with clothe as shown in pictures.

APPLYING CLEAR VARNISH

Now its time to make a transparent shiny coating , here am using clear synthetic varnish by asian paints, use sponge to apply coat uniformly. apply coat to all the area you painted and leave it under the sun for atleast for 8 hours, so varnish gets dry .NOTE - varnish is sticky substance try to avoid dust particles or granuels from sticking on it.

In this step we are putting some rubber seal and electronics together, i have used old cycle tube and cut down strip from it and placed it on front side off wood so when speaker panel gets attached to it it makes a nice seal and also in one of the images you can see i made some partial holes this is for making trimmer pot to come from other side easyly if not done this trimmer wont come out from other side as MDF used here is 12 mm and trimmer pot length is 5/6 mm. Also you can see the parts mentioned . And i tested cooling fans In which air enters from back side and comes out from top side you can see smoke flow . One of the image shows circuit diagram, And finally we can put speaker panel.
