Giant Cookie

If you are looking for a gourmet snack, tired of the usual cookies, here is a new recipe for a giant cookie for all tastes.

- 270 g sugar

- 270 g flour

- 2 tsp yeast

- 270 g chocolate

- 180 g butter

- 2 eggs

- 6 toppings of your choice

Mix the melted butter and sugar in a bowl.

Add the eggs.

Stir in the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix without overworking the dough.

Place the mixture on a baking tray and spread evenly.

Cut into 6 sections.

Place the topping of your choice on each part.

Bake at 160 (fan) for 15-20mins and eat.
