I used a old picture frame and cut off the extra sides. This will be the base for the puzzle.

Printing the Picture

This step you can choose any number of pages to make a giant picture. You can also just use one picture if you want it will just be smaller. I used Rastorbator for splitting the image onto multiple pages and it worked great!! What you need to do is find a image you want on google and upload it to Rastorbator, it can be colored or a coloring sheet. I used a coloring sheet so I could customize it. After that all you have to do is print it.

Gluing on the Different Prices of Paper

Now you just want to align and glue the different pieces of paper onto your cardboard or base you are using.

Cutting Off the Extra Cardboard

Know all you want to do is cut the excess cardboard on the edges of the picture with scissors or a box cutter.

Coloring

This step is optional whether you just want a black and white photo or you pre printed in color. I wanted to customize it though so I colored it. You can use any type of coloring device, you could even use paint if you want!

Drawing the Puzzle Pieces.

Now you want to draw the puzzle pieces on your puzzle. I made a 20 piece puzzle, a 4 by 5. But you can make it any number of pieces you want.

Now you will want to get your box cutter and cut out all of the individual pieces. Make sure to put another price of cardboard or something underneath where you are cutting so you do not scratch that surface.
