Ghost Rose Cake

This is a chocolate cake with frosting roses and semi sweet chocolate branches.

Heat oven to 350*f. Bake for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl mix 2 cups sugar, 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup cocoa, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt then add 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil, and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
