Ghorme Sabzi Recipe
Qarameh Sabzi is one of the original Iranian dishes that has many fans, and in this article, we have prepared a tutorial for this unique stew for you.

Supplies
- Half a kilo of meat
1 large onion - Oil 250 g
- 5 to 6 Omani lemons
- Half a glass of red beans
- Vegetable stew 1 kg

Soak the Beans
First, soak the beans from the night before.
Choping Meat and Onions
First clean the meat and also chop the onion.

Adding Spices
In the next step, add turmeric and black pepper to the meat and onion
Adding Beans
Then add red beans to the meat and onion.
We also add water to these materials and heat it. Continue this heat until the meat is semi-cooked.
Frying the Vegetables
Now, clean our vegetables, which include leeks, parsley, coriander, fenugreek and a few mint feathers, and after washing, chop them and fry for about 15 minutes.

Let the Stew to Be Ready
Next we add our spices to it, by default pepper and salt are enough for the vegetable crumbs but you can use other spices according to experience after our food boils a few times, it's time that Add the Omani lemon to the food and be sure to make a few small holes in the Omani lemon to spread the food.
Let it cook for an hour to an hour and a half, and after making sure that the vegetable crumbs are firmly removed, remove from the gas and serve with the rice.
