Pringles Can Flashlight

Stuck in the dark and need a flashlight? Well here's how to make one. It's a fairly easy project that should only take about 10 - 15 minutes to assemble. Here are the materials you'll need.
-Pringles Can
-D Cell Battery
-Exacto Knife
-Duct Tape
-Toggle Switch
-Light
-Wires

Cutting a Hole in the Can

First, take the Exacto knife and cut a hole in the side of the can as shown in the picture.

Wiring and Switch

Wire the battery to the toggle switch and wire the toggle switch to the light and put the toggle switch in the hole in the can

Cut and Tape

Cut a hole in the bottom of the can for the light bulb to go through and then tape the light to the can (as shown) and tape the battery to the inside of the can.

Foil

To amplify the light from the lightbulb you need to put some aluminum foil in the can. Just get a sheet of aluminum foil and press it into the can till in hits the bottom. Then just poke a hole in the foil and put the bulb in the hole. Use duct tape to hold the foil on.
