German (sorta) Pancakes

This is a great recipe for breakfast and can be done in about 20 minutes.It creates a big fluffy yummy pancake.

Ingredients and Tools

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

-1/2 cup milk

-1/2 cup flour

-1/4 tsp. salt

-2 1/2 Tbsp butter of margarine

Appliances/tools:

-blender

-oven

-8x8 or 9x13 pan

We usually triple this recipe for five people with leftovers, when doubling this recipe use the 9x13, for tripling use the 9x13 and 8x8

Prep

Start your oven preheating to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Once that is done put the butter into an 8x8 baking dish and put that into the oven to begin melting.

Blending Ingredients

Crack 3 eggs into blender and pour in the milk, blend it for about thirty seconds or until throughly mixed. Add in the salt and flour and blend that all together until bubbly.

Cooking

Once your butter from step one is done melting, pour the batter mixture into the pan. Begin cooking at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen minutes.

Hope you like this instructable and especially the pancake!! It is great with milk and fruit! You can top it with syrup, butter, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Make sure to eat it while it's fluffy!!
