Geramont, Salami & Smoked Ham Tortilla Pizza Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
6 trotilla wraps
150g smoked ham
150g salami
150g pepper salami
300g 2 varieties french soft cheese
oregano
Preparation
Fry the ham in a pan. Lay a tortilla wrap in a spring form and crumble a bit ham on it. Then lay salami slices on it and a bit of both varieties french soft cheese. Mak e a few more layers like this and press it a bit with every new layer.
Finish
Make a nice top layer a put the spring form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle a bit oregano on it and the remove the form and enjoy.
