I used a cylinder and a gear item on tinkercad

on tinkercad get a cylinder and size it to 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 and 1/8 inches tall

head to the search bar and search Snap-Fit Gear make it 2 by 2 in. and 2 in. high group and Align them. 3D print it
