Hi Everyone,

I'm Vaibhav Sugandhi, Back with one more small handy device design,

We all know that most of the embedded systems are sensor and actuators connected and operated based on those values of sensors. So we need to calibrate the sensors such than they must produce the required output for embedded systems to take action.

So here we have one design, "GAS Sensor Module For Embedded System Design", This is a beginner project which take few hours to do it. But so tricky to do at first time.

Let me explain you how i did it, Here few steps to follow...!

So lets begin...!

Materials Required.

gas sensor.jpg
led and resistors.jpg

Here you have list of the materials which you need to keep ready to do this product,

1. Dotted board.

2. 9V Battery and connector.

3. ON/OFF push Switch.

4. 7805 regulator.

5. Small Buzzer.

6. BC547 NPN Transistor.

7. Resistors and LED's.

8. 555 Timer IC.

9. Capacitors.

10. Gas Sensor and socket.

11. Other materials like solder gun, Lead, Flux and wires.

So let us start tweaking this project....!

Circuit Diagram and Connections.

Please Check with Circuit diagram given in the image above and i attached PDF of the same. This circuit looks complicated but quite easy for doing when you do it perfectly observing the connection.

Here i connected POT-HG as a trimmer which means variable potentiomater, so be clear before connecting components. Because once they burn then you cannot identify them with common testing.

Tweak Up and Explore.

This is how I did it, Its your turn to do it.

If you have any doubts regarding this please feel free to ask me.

ping a comment for any questions.

Like and share this project , by which somebody get it who need it.

Thank you
