Feed the Yeast!
The first thing you'll do is mix together your yeast, water, oil, and sugar.
Let this mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes while the yeasties puff up.

Add Some Flour & Stuff
Once your yeast mixture is all puffed up and ready, add in your egg, flour, garlic salt, and crushed rosemary.
Mix it up until it forms a ball of slightly sticky dough. You should be able to pull off a chunk of dough and roll it into a ball.

Roll Them in Butter!
Melt 5-6 tablespoons of butter, and add in your remaining garlic salt and rosemary.
Pull off chunks of the dough, and roll them into small balls. Roll these balls in the butter mixture before putting them into a muffin tin.
I usually fit 3-4 balls into one well of the cupcake tin

Let It Rise!!!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Let your dough rise in the pan until it is poofing out of the top like muffins! Usually about 20-30 minutes will do it.
