Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Sticks (from the Garden!)

It Seems as though we all have an abundance of zucchini- either from our own gardens, or neighbors. So heres a great way to eat them!
Pick One

First, pick your zucchini! It doesn't really mater what size.
Cutting

Cut it up into bite size sticks. It really just depends on how big you want each one to be.
Oil

Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil onto your pan, and roll the pan around to coat it.
Ingredients!

Add together;
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese,
1 teaspoon dried oregano,
1/2 teaspoon dried basil,
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder,
a dash of ground pepper,
and two teaspoons of olive oil. Mix them all up, with a fork.
Coating

Using the fork, cover the top of each stick with the mixture, and put it on the pan.
Cooking

Bake them at 475 degrees for 7 minutes.
Finished!

They are best to eat right out of the oven, dipped in hot marinara sauce. Enjoy!
