Today I will show you guys how you can build your own Headphone with mic.
Step 1 : the Headphone Case

Materials Needed :
- An Elastic Pipe
- A Wire
- Wood and Cardboard
Take the Elastic Pipe and insert the wire in the pipe as shown in the above picture. Cut two circles from the wood and cardboard. Stick the cardboard on the wood. Put glue around the edge of the wood piece and Cut two Strips of cardboard and stick it around the edge of the wood. For additional support for the cardboard I put hot glue inside the wood.
Step 2 : Electronics

You Need :
- 2 small speakers
- Audio Board { I took From Samsung }
- Wires
- Audio Jack
Now stick The speakers in the circular piece of wood. And connect the audio Jack to the audio board. And connect both the speakers to the audio board. For more information about the connections watch my video on Youtube {@Science guy}. Now stick all the components in the Headphone case and make a small hole in the cardboard and stick the microphone over there. This helps you to talk using these headphones. Be Sure to make some test before you pack it.
Step 3 :

If you wear the headphone then you might hurt your ear. So to make soft i added some sponge over the speakers. To make them stay in their place i covered them with a piece of cloth.
Step 4 : Customize

You can decorate the headphones according to your style. I sticked Green and Blue Craft paper so that they look cool. Hence Your Headphones is completed.
