An old cassette case flipped around to make a stand for my phone. (Since I used the phone to take the picture, this sticky note pad served as a stand-in.)
The hole in the corner of my Nook HD+ is perfect for using a pen to stand it up.
Lastly, a pair of hooks, used for hanging coats, etc, on the partition walls, make a quick tablet stand.
