So first taking a skin toned shadow to your full eye. So from the lid up into the brow. This is going to give your shadow a bade and set and foundation or primer that may be on your eye.

Then with a light brown shade and a large fluffy brush apply this to the crease of your eye making sure it is very soft and blended.

Then with a darker chocolate brown shade and a smaller denser fluffy brush you are going to also want to apply this shadow to your crease keeping it lower than the last shadow.

Now taking your eye liner you are going to want to apply a wing to your eye making sure the tip reaches the brown shadows.

Then taking a glitter liner you are going to want to apply this in the crease of your eye. This should be underneath the brown shades. Its going to give you that cut crease look.

Then you need to apply your mascara and lashes and makes it perfect to get the focus on your eyes and make them look larger.
