Description
GK-3T or "Gasket" is a mechanics droid who works in a small depot on Florrum. He has the ego of Jawa... and ironically, he's about the size of one too. His memory bank holds extensive knowledge of all things related to speeders and star ships. When he's not on a job fixing a torn conduit or a damaged thruster, he's cleaning up after the mischievous and dull depot droids.
My inspiration for Gasket's design was mainly the pit droid, and I tried using shapes that would make him unique, as well as fit into the Star Wars universe. Once I had found my inspirations, I sketched out a design and used it as a reference while modeling him.
Creating GK-3T was a challenge, but I enjoyed making him very much and I learned a lot in the process!
