Cut a piece of wire a bit shorter than the actual circle, and make sure it's straight. Glue it down the center and cut out another thin strip of felt, and glue it over the wire. The extra felt makes it look nicer when it's opened. Allow about an hour to dry! Note: we're adding this wire so that when we fold the cookie up it will keep it in shape.

Goodies!

Cut out a little strip of paper and write your message down on it. There should be some spare room, so "fill" free to add some candy! You see what I did there? (-: Folding instructions: lay paper in the middle of the circle, and fold the circle in half over the paper. Then fold it again, but not in half, fold it into a Pacman looking shape. Then if you need to adjust the flaps so everything is rounded. That's it!
