The Pieces Needed

These are all the pieces you need to make this instructable. Remember, the pieces don't have to be the exact color, they just need to be the same shape. The white thread needs to be at least over three feet long, you'll also need two rubber bands.

The Web Projectile

IMG_0434.JPG

The web projectile is to be secured on the end of the string opposite of the spool. The thread will be secured the same way as in the web spool. Stuff the string in the hole with the 1x3 peg.

Wrist Protector

IMG_0456.JPG

This wrist protector keeps the rubber bands used to hold the shooter on from pinching your wrist.

The wrist protector should look like this when you're finished.

Rubber Bands

IMG_0461.JPG

Two rubber bands are needed to hold the web shooter on.

IMG_0462.JPG

Mounting the Web Shooter

IMG_0463.JPG

Lift the rubber bands on your wrist up, and slide the shooter underneath them as pictured above.

Wrist Protector

IMG_0465.JPG

Once the shooter is on, slide the wrist protector under the rubber bands that are on top of your wrist as pictured above. (the red tip should be facing towards your fingers)

Wrapping Spool

IMG_0466.JPG

When wrapping the thread it is the easiest to have your arm facing up with the spool facing you. Snugly wrap the white thread around the spool till the projectile hangs 2-3 inches underneath the throwing arm.

Placing Projectile

IMG_0467.JPG

Place the projectile in the throwing "fingers".

Loosening Thread

IMG_0474.JPG

When the projectile is in place, pull the thread forwards on the spool so that it is very loose.

(this will help it come off much better)

Thwip!

IMG_0469.JPG

The shooter should be ready to fire! Push down on the palm pad to fire. Pushing quickly by bending your wrist works best.
