Full Tank Water Indicator Circuit Using D882 Transistor

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit of Full tank water indicator that will indicate the water full tank. Many times water goes on waste due to over flow of water. So we can know the water tank is going to full using this circuit. This circuit is very easy and this circuit require very less components.

Lets's get started,

Components Required

(1.) Transistor - D882 x1

(2.) LED - 9V x1

(3.) Resistor - 100 Ohm x2

(4.) Buzzer x1

(5.) Battery - 9V

(6.) Battery clipper

Transistor - D882 Pinout

This is the pinout of this transistor.

E - Emmiter,

C - Collector and

B- Base

Connect LED to Transistor

Firstly we have to connect LED to the transistor.

Solder -ve pin of LED to Collector pin of the transistor as solder in the picture.

Connect 100 Ohm Resistor

Next Solder 100 Ohm resistor to the +ve pin of LED.

Connect 2nd 100 Ohm Resistor

Next we have to connect second 100 ohm resistor to the transistor.

Solder 2nd 100 Ohm resistor to Base Pin of the transistor as you can see in the picture.

Connect Battery Clipper Wire

Next solder Battery clipper wire to the circuit.

Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to +ve pin of LED and -ve wire to Emmiter pin of the transistor as you can see in the picture.

Connect Battery

Now connect to the battery clipper.

As we can see in the picture LED is not glowing when we connected Battery to the circuit.

Pour Water Will Be Full Tank

We have to connect two wire to the output of 100 Ohm resistors.

Now Consider Lid is Water Tank and I filled it with water. As you can see in picture when Wires is touched with the water then LED is glowing.

Connect Buzzer

Here we can also connect a buzzer to this circuit.

Connect Buzzer in Parallel to the pins of LED as you can see in the picture.

Final

Finally when we will dipped sensor wires of this circuit {When water of tank will be full} after connecting buzzer then Buzzer will give sound and LED will also glowing.

Thank you
