Use 1 tablespoon of oil and apply with a paper towel in a 13x9 baking tray. Then, dust flower all around the tray covering all sides and small spaces.

Preheat Oven

Set the oven to 350°F so that it can warm up as you go along with making the recipe.

Ingredients

The recipe makes enough for 32 servings. You will need:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flower
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Melt the Butter

In a large saucepan on the stove, put the 1 cup of butter on very low heat until it gradually melts, but doesn’t get burned.

Start pouring in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix very thoroughly until everything is well dispersed.

Add Toppings(Optional)

Add any sort of toppings you prefer. We prefer chocolate chips or chopped nuts, but the brownies can be baked without anything at all and are still delicious.

Pour the Mixture Into the Baking Tray and Bake

With a silicone spatula or spoon, pour everything into the tray and disperse the mixture in the tray so that the tray is filled at all ends. Then, put it in the oven for no more than 25-30 minutes at 350°F or until you stick something into the finished piece and the utensil comes out clean.

Serve and Enjoy

Cautiously, take the tray out of the oven and let rest for just a couple minutes until it cools. You can add frosting to the top to give it a sweeter taste, but it is already pretty sugary as is. Lastly, serve and enjoy!
