Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. Take 2 cups of Froot Loops without the marshmallows and put it in the food processor until it is ground finely. Then, stir together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of unsalted butter, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and the ground cereal in a large bowl. Place this aside for later.

Next, combine 1 cup of butter,1 cup of light brown sugar, and ½ cup of granulated sugar with an electric mixer on moderate speed until it is light and fluffy. Change the mixer speed to low and add the two eggs, one at a time, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Continue mixing until everything is smooth and combined.

Continue mixing with the electric mixer set at low. Now, slowly add the flour mixture, ensuring that everything is mixing in smoothly. When this occurs, turn off the electric mixture and fold 1 - 1 ½ cups of marshmallows and ½ - 1 cup of chocolate chips into the batter using a rubber spatula.

Finally, take the Pam cooking spray and spray an even layer onto your cookie sheet. Use a spoon to scoop the batter into balls that are the size of about half your fist. Dip these balls into the rainbow sprinkles, if desired, and place them on the cookie sheet. Once on the cookie sheet, flatten the dough a little bit. Make sure that all of the cookies have about 2 inches separating them. When your cookie sheet is full, place it in the oven for 8-12 minutes. After your cookies are done in the oven, put them on a cooling rack, and push in a few Froot Loops. Wait for a few minutes for your cookies to cool, and when ready, enjoy!
