Fruit Dip
In this Instructable, I will show you how to make fruit dip. This easy amazing homemade fruit dip recipe is incredible and only requires three ingredients, although you can even make it with only 2 ingredients. It is a fairly popular/common recipe and I can see why it is so tasty. This awesome fruit dip from scratch is perfect for family meals, gatherings, picnics, etc. If you like eating strawberries, grapes, bananas, pineapple, etc. kick up those tastebuds a notch with this fruit dip. I love making little fruit kebabs to serve with it. If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get started.

Follow the easy steps below or watch the short video tutorial or do both. :)
Ingredients and Tools
Print the recipe here if you like.
Ingredients:
- 7 oz marshmallow creme or fluff (198g)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226g)
- 2 tbsp. orange juice or lemon juice, optional (30ml)
Tools:
- Mixer
- Bowl
- Spatula
Blend That Cream Cheese
In a medium bowl, add the softened room temperature cream cheese. If you forget to remove it from the fridge to soften, you can put it in the microwave. I usually use the defrost mode for about 45 seconds or so. Or try and remember to take it out of the fridge 90 minutes to 2 hours before wanting to use it. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend the cream cheese really well.
Finish the Fruit Dip
Now add in the orange juice (or lemon juice) and the marshmallow creme/fluff. Blend until smooth scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed. It is as easy as that. Pretty awesome right?
Note: The orange juice or lemon juice is optional.
Fruit Kebabs
I love to make little fruit kebabs with the fruit. I just take my bamboo skewers and break them in half and then add my favorite fruits. It is a cool way to serve it. Time to dig into that yummy homemade fruit dip! How much will you eat?? :) Enjoy!
