Cut Small Brownie Circles

Use a tea cup to cut small circles in the brownies. The brownies can be homemade, from a mix or ready made from the store. For this project, brownies were popped out of an 8" circle pan. Using a small tea cup, you will be able to cut out the brownie circles. Each frozen cup of yogurt will provide enough frozen yogurt for two of them. Allow the cup of frozen yogurt to sit out to make it easier to pop out of the cup.

Cut Frozen Yogurt Into Two Pieces and Place on Brownie

Empty the container and cut the yogurt into two pieces lengthwise. Take one of the brownie circles and place on the bottom of a bowl. Add one of the frozen yogurt circles on top of the brownie. Add another brownie circle on top. Each 5.3oz frozen yogurt cup should be enough to make two sandwiches. Serve.
