Frozen Fruit Bark

This healthy, easy, and yummy treat is made from very few ingredients to make for yourself, your friends, or your family! Using your own choice of yogurt and fruits, you can make this yogurt bark in a variety of ways and never let it get boring! This combination is nutritious and delicious!


Supplies

For this treat, you will need your choice of nonstick lining, a sheet pan, a rubber spatula, a cutting board, a knife, and your choice of fruit and yogurt. To add a little extra you can use vanilla, honey, peanut butter, or even Nutella.

Allow yourself to use what you feel is right and what you desire the most! It can be different every time you create it!

Prepare Fruit

Wash, dry, and dice up your choice of fruit. Pictured here is strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.

Line Sheet Pan

A key part of this yogurt bark would be ensuring you line your sheet pan with your choice of nonstick lining. Then, using 32 ounces of your choice of yogurt, line the sheet pan and use a rubber spatula to distribute evenly.

Distribute Fruits

Once the yogurt is evenly on the pan, take diced fruits and also spread them evenly on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle of Granola

Crush then sprinkle the granola across the sheet pan. You may use your preference of granola.

Drizzle of Honey

After finishing off the yogurt bark, you can choose between honey, peanut butter, or even Nutella to add a little extra to your sweet treat. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until solid. Break into pieces and enjoy!
