From Scan to Choco

Here's a tutorial where you can use a scanner to make a personal chocolate gift

Use a 3d scanner to scan the person

Use the Scanning software to make the scan

Use a 3d software like Fusion 360 to polish up your model.

Use a 3d printer to make the prints

Use baking paper and cardboard to make a mold casing

Make sure there is enough material around your prints so that the mold remains strong

Remove the prints.

Use Food-friendly silicones to fill the mold

Place the 3d Prints back in the mold and let the silicone cure

When cured, remove the prints from the mold

Melt the chocolate

Pour the chocolate into the mold

Carefully remove from the mold, and repeat.

Use different colors!
