Frying the Egg's
Remove the eggshell from the hard-cooked eggs and fry them. You also can use a frying pan. They are ready when they look golden yellow.
The Sauce
Cut up the 2 little onions, 2 clove's of garlic, 2 red chillies, a piece of ginger and a bar of lemon grass. Roast them in a pan with a little oil.
After the roasting add a teaspoon of shrimp paste, a teaspoon of sambal olek, and a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix it up and roast it again. Then add the eggs, the 2 teaspoons of sugar and the 6 tablespoons of water and braise all for 15 minutes.
