This Bouquet of Fried Zucchini Flowers is colorful, easy to make and fun to eat!

They taste delicious on their own or dipped in honey mustard or Ranch dressing!

Step 1

Cut off the top of the zucchini in a zig-zag pattern (like a jack-o-lantern).
Leave 1/2-3/4 of an inch below the zig-zag and cut the bottom of your flower.
Place on stick.

Break an egg into a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of flower with a pinch of salt.

First, dip your Zucchini flower in egg (cover completely).
Next, dip the egg covered zucchini in the flour mixture.

Step 4

Place the coated Zucchini flowers in a pot with hot oil (with supervision for the kids).

Make sure that the flower is completely submerged in the oil and leave for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from oil and place in a tall glass or vase.

Enjoy!
