Fried Zucchini Flowers
This Bouquet of Fried Zucchini Flowers is colorful, easy to make and fun to eat!
They taste delicious on their own or dipped in honey mustard or Ranch dressing!

Ingredients
Zucchini, flour, salt, egg, vegetable oil, stick
Step 1
Cut off the top of the zucchini in a zig-zag pattern (like a jack-o-lantern).
Leave 1/2-3/4 of an inch below the zig-zag and cut the bottom of your flower.
Place on stick.
Break an egg into a bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of flower with a pinch of salt.
First, dip your Zucchini flower in egg (cover completely).
Next, dip the egg covered zucchini in the flour mixture.
Leave 1/2-3/4 of an inch below the zig-zag and cut the bottom of your flower.
Place on stick.

Place the coated Zucchini flowers in a pot with hot oil (with supervision for the kids).
Make sure that the flower is completely submerged in the oil and leave for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from oil and place in a tall glass or vase.
