I watched so many tutorials and recipes about sandwiches on the internet. The one that I have never taste is fried sandwich. Therefore, I challenged myself to make one and shared it with others. Here is my recipe.

Supplies

Ingredients:

Bread

Ham

Bacon

Mozarella Cheese

3 Eggs

All-purpose Flour

Oil for frying

Potato (optional)

Salt

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder (for French fries, optional)

Prepared Bread Crumb

Before making the bread crumb, preheat the oven to 350°F. Place five slices of bread nicely on the baking sheet. Bake them for about 10 minutes. Flip them and bake for another 5-10 minutes until the breads are dry to touch, but not too brown or toast. Remove from the heat and let them cool. Grind them into the food processor. Put the bread crumb on the plate. Set aside.

Eggs

Arrange the bread on the cutting board. Put some mozzarella cheese, bacon, and ham on the bread. In this step, I made some variations in bread fillings. The results are that some bread is filled with ham, bacon, and mozzarella cheese, and some are filled only with mozzarella cheese. It is entirely up to you to make variations of the bread fillings. After filling, top with another slice of bread. Press it gently.

This step is not a must. It is only optional. You can skip this step as you desire. I made a side dish for my sandwich, which is French Fries. It is very simple and not fancy at all. Peel off the potato and wash it completely. Cut the potato as shown in the picture. Sprinkle with some salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Fry them on medium heat. Drain them on the plate with a paper towel on it.

Time to Eat…

Now it is the time to serve the dish. After cooling, cut the sandwich in half. Serve it on the plate. For additional, I served this sandwich with my homemade French Fries. Enjoy! Thank you for reading my instructables.
