Hello. I have a snack item to share with you that is easy to make and tastes pretty good.
All you need is some peanut butter, jelly, sandwich bread, butter and a skillet or griddle. I have tried it a few different ways and everyone that has tried it agrees that this recipe is best.

Here is what you need to do.

Combine a 50/50 mix of peanut butter and grape jelly in a bowl and mix it well. Then spread it onto bread to make sandwiches. Next, Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the sandwich. Then all that's left to do is to fry them in a skillet or on a griddle. When done the bread will be a golden brown. You will need to be sure to let them cool for 2 or 3 minutes before enjoying them as the PB&J mix will be hot and it will stick to you like hot glue. I learned that the hard way when I was a child. You shouldn't let it cool completely as it's better when it's still warm. But be careful.

Almost everyone I have asked about fried PB&J say they have never heard of it and that it sounds not so great, but when I have them try it they have all loved it. I hope you love it too.

Thank you for looking and have fun trying it.
