Fried Paneer Tricolor Pasta

Fried Paneer Tri Coloured Pasta is one of the authentic home made dishes which makes your weekend exciting with a combination of vegetables, paneer and varieties of pasta masalas.

  1. One full capsicum
  2. One full Onion
  3. 4 to 5 Green Chillies
  4. Paneer
  5. 1 Tablespoon of Salt
  6. 1/2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
  7. 4 cups of Water
  8. 2 cups of Pasta
  9. 2 to 3 Tablespoon of Oil
  10. Pasta Masala (optional)
  11. Tomato or Vegetable Soup Powder Mixes(Optional)

PREPARATION OF PASTA

  1. Switch on the stove
  2. Keep the kadai on the stove
  3. Add 4 cups of water , a pinch of salt and a drop of oil
  4. Once the water starts boiling, add 2 cups of pasta
  5. Pasta is completely drain the water using strainer.

PREPARATION OF PANEER

  1. Add three tablespoons of oil in the large Kadai
  2. Add the paneer cubes
  3. Fry until it turns little crispier and golden brown (as shown in the above image 4)

PREPARATION OF GRAVY

  1. In the same Kadai , add chopped green chillies.
  2. Add chopped Capsicum, fry for sometime until it becomes softer.
  3. Add one tablespoon of salt ( Mix it as shown in image 5)
  4. Then Add Chopped Onion
  5. Add half tablespoon of chilli powder(Mix it as shown in image 8)
  6. Then Add Pasta Masala and Vegetable or Tomato Soup Powder Mixes (This is an optional step)
  7. Mix it for sometime as shown Image 10.

FINAL STEPS

  1. Add the pasta into the gravy
  2. Mix it until the pasta absorbs the gravy(as shown in the image 3)
  3. Now add the fried paneer
  4. Mix it along with pasta ( As shown in the image 5)

Now the Pasta is ready to serve garnished with carrots and a piece of lime.
