Fried Paneer Tricolor Pasta
Fried Paneer Tri Coloured Pasta is one of the authentic home made dishes which makes your weekend exciting with a combination of vegetables, paneer and varieties of pasta masalas.
Supplies
- One full capsicum
- One full Onion
- 4 to 5 Green Chillies
- Paneer
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
- 4 cups of Water
- 2 cups of Pasta
- 2 to 3 Tablespoon of Oil
- Pasta Masala (optional)
- Tomato or Vegetable Soup Powder Mixes(Optional)
PREPARATION OF PASTA
- Switch on the stove
- Keep the kadai on the stove
- Add 4 cups of water , a pinch of salt and a drop of oil
- Once the water starts boiling, add 2 cups of pasta
- Pasta is completely drain the water using strainer.
PREPARATION OF PANEER
- Add three tablespoons of oil in the large Kadai
- Add the paneer cubes
- Fry until it turns little crispier and golden brown (as shown in the above image 4)
PREPARATION OF GRAVY
- In the same Kadai , add chopped green chillies.
- Add chopped Capsicum, fry for sometime until it becomes softer.
- Add one tablespoon of salt ( Mix it as shown in image 5)
- Then Add Chopped Onion
- Add half tablespoon of chilli powder(Mix it as shown in image 8)
- Then Add Pasta Masala and Vegetable or Tomato Soup Powder Mixes (This is an optional step)
- Mix it for sometime as shown Image 10.
FINAL STEPS
- Add the pasta into the gravy
- Mix it until the pasta absorbs the gravy(as shown in the image 3)
- Now add the fried paneer
- Mix it along with pasta ( As shown in the image 5)
Now the Pasta is ready to serve garnished with carrots and a piece of lime.
