Fried Mac and Cheese Balls With Ham

IMG_0558.jpeg

One of my favorite memories as a child was eating macaroni at our kitchen table. After taking a cooking class in school, I wanted to create a recipe of my own. I had a great idea of making my childhood favorite, mac and cheese, and adding ham to it, making it a more complete meal. The end product is fried mac and cheese balls with ham.

Provecho!
