Fried Egg Sandwich

My Movie

Hello, my name is Braxtyn Rieffenberger. Do you ever feel less self-sufficient when attempting to cook? I used to be in your spot but now I am here to help you change that. We all want to be able to cook for others as well as feed ourselves, and I have just the recipe for that. Today, I am going to teach you how to make a simple fried egg sandwich recipe in just a few easy steps. You will be within the small population of college students that know how to make this great breakfast item.

Supplies

The materials needed include:

  • Bread (2x slice per sandwich)Toaster
  • Butter (as much as desired on bread)
  • Eggs (1-2x per sandwich)
  • Pan (preferably curved edged)
  • Non-Stick Spray
  • Cheese (1x per sandwich)
  • Ham (optional)
  • Stove Burner
  • Plate
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Step 1: Cooking the Eggs

To start off this recipe, first take the pan and coat it with the non-stick spray. Next, turn one of the burners on medium and set the pan on top of it. Then, grab the desired number of eggs (1-2 preferred) and crack them into the pan while removing any shell pieces dropped. After, use the spatula to move around the eggs until they are in the desired state (over easy, scrambled, etc). Once the eggs are done, put the pan of eggs on an empty burner and shut off the burner that was being used.

Step 2: Making the Toast

For the next step, take two slices of bread and put them in the toaster and toast them according to the desired crunch. Once done being toasted, put the toast on a plate and spread the desired amount of butter on one side of each slice using a knife.

Step 3: Putting the Sandwich Together

Next, using the spatula, transfer the eggs from the pan onto the buttery side of one slice of toast. After, take the other piece of toast and on the buttery side add one slice of cheese and/or ham if desired. Connect the two slices of toasts and their contents so that the egg is touching the cheese and/or ham. Lastly, put the sandwich in the microwave for 15-30 seconds to melt the cheese and warm the ham.
