- pinch of basil or oregano
- salt, pepper
- 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
- stale or toasted bread

Crush Skinned Garlic Clove With Side of Knife to Release Flavors and Chop to a Fine Dice

Add Garlic, Herbs, Salt, Pepper, and Oil Into Bowl
Gently Stir With Spoon to Keep Tomato Chunks Intact
Spoon Onto Bread If Included Tomatoes, Otherwise Dip Bread Into Mixture
