Fresh Blueberry Pie

I wanted to cheer up our family table with this pie that I made with my 5-year-old nephew and close our dinner with a delicious pie that melts in your mouth. I've shared step-by-step instructions for adding it in the recipe below.

Supplies

-for the tart dough-

125 g butter

2 tablespoons of yogurt

1 teacup of oil

1 packet of baking powder

1 teaspoon of powdered sugar

3 cups flour



-for the blackberry sauce-

400 g fresh blueberry these can be fresh (my preferred option) or frozen.

1 tea glass of water

2 tablespoons of starch

2 tablespoons of sugar

juice of half a lemon

First of all, we start making the pie dough. Add softened butter to a deep bowl. Then we put the liquid on top of our butter. We add yoghurt on top. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and mix it all. We add flour and baking powder into the mixture we have obtained. We get a soft dough.

We set our oven to 180 degrees. Then we take out our pie crust and grease it. We gently place our dough in the container. We bake our tart dough in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown. We leave the cooked dough to cool and start preparing our blueberry sauce.

We wash the Bogurtlens thoroughly first. We put the blackcurrants in the cooking pan and crush them with sugar. Squeeze half a lemon into it. Afterward, we add 2 tablespoons of starch to the sauce we have obtained so that it becomes thicker. We add water to lighten the consistency we have obtained. And the delicious smells are starting to rise. Then, we add our blueberry sauce to our tart, which we keep by cooling. We can get a beautiful look by decorating our delicious tart with powdered sugar.
