Frappé Slushie (I Want Caffeine!)

I'm a man! I want caffeine! In doing so I also don't want to pay too much to get what I want. I also don't want to have to drive anywhere every time I want caffeine as the mood strikes. Coffee can get too hot in the summertime. As needs must I came up with this. The Frappé Slushie!
Supplies

You can get slushie makers just about anywhere. I've seen them at Goodwill and all over the place. You could use a blender, but I've found this slushie maker is convenient and versatile. In addition you'll need:
- Cappuccino mix
- Creamer [powdered] (optional)
- Water
- Ice
Water

Add water. In my cup I've found adding less than the water line is necessary.
Cappuccino Mix

Add the cappuccino mix. You can add as little or as much as you want. Experiment and see what tastes right to you. (I know, darn, you have to try this several times to get it just right.)
Creamer (optional)

If you want it creamier then add the creamer at this step. I use powdered because it all tastes the same, and powder lasts. If you use liquid just cut back on the amount of water, you have at the start.
Ice

With everything in the cup, add as much ice as you can. Keep in mind the blades have to fit in there too. Tip: the smaller the ice cubes the more you can fit in.
Blend

This is trial and error time. How much ice did you add? How much liquid? How long do you go for? Do you want some ice chunks or no ice chunks? Keep in mind the more you blend the more the ice turns to water.
It's Not a Slushie: It's a Frappé Slushie

There you have it. I blended mine a bit longer because I didn't want any chunks of ice. Wash off the blades ASAP before the stuff has a chance to dry out. You can go until you have to get more mix or creamer. The worst part is waiting for the water to freeze before you can make another one.
Why?

I wanted a frappé. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money or have to drive anywhere to get it. On a hot day, and hot coffee sounds nasty, I still wanted a little pick-me-up. There are so many recipes for making coffee, mixing in creamer, adding flavoring, and doing so many complicated things that I don't feel dedicated enough to make a frappé the traditional way. I had the slushie maker (it does make good slushies too). Being lazy, I got the cappuccino mix with its own flavoring and just went for it. Since I used a slushie maker to make a frappé maybe some parent with a slushie make that never gets used can see this as opportunity to do this themselves. Enjoy! CAFFEINE!!!
