That's right, only four ingredients needed!
#1 Meat! I used a 3 pound pork roast. You could also use beef (preferably brisket) if you want. Don't worry too much about the weight, it'll work as long as it fits in your crock pot.
#2 Onion!
#3 A beverage! I used a bottle of cider this time around, but you could also use beer or even soda, as long as it's a flavor that will work well with the last ingredient ...
#4 BBQ sauce! I used KC style because that's what I like. Use what you like, 'cuz you'll be eating this stuff.
Onions

Slice up your onion and put it in the bottom of the crock pot. I used a mandoline to get mine nice and thin.

Put your meat on top the onions. That's it. It's that easy.
Pour Some Liquid on Meat!

Add your bottled or canned beverage of choice. Maybe jam out to some Def Leppard for this step.
Cook Until You Can Shred It Easily.

I cooked my 3 lb. roast on high for about 6 hours to get it to the point it easily pulled apart using two forks.
Add BBQ Sauce to Taste.

Add BBQ sauce and stir in, tasting from time to time until it's the right level of sauciness for you. If it's a bit too runny, cook a bit longer with the lid off.
Enjoy the Easiest BBQ You've Ever Made.

Slap it on a bun and eat it. Fend off your cat while it tries to "help."
