Fortune Teller

Fortune Teller, also called a Cootie Catcher or a Salt Cellar. This is a fun craft for children. It is mainly found in elementary school's, and sometimes tell the future.

Start with a square piece of paper. Fold it in half left to right and unfold. Fold the paper in half again from top to bottom, unfold.

Locate the center where the two crease lines intersect. Fold the 4 corners of the paper to the center.

Turn the paper over.

Repeat: fold the four corners to the center of the paper again.

Fold the paper in half top to bottom. Unfold.

Fold the paper in half again from left to right. Unfold.

The model should look like this; slightly concave or bowled in shape.

Keeping the model flat on the table, slowly bring the four corners together.

Place your hand underneath the model and hold the model together so the four corners touch. pull at flaps
