Foil Packet Steamed Broccoli

For this steamed broccoli instructable, all you need is the broccoli, tin foil and a flame. This one we made on our grill, but it can easily be done over an open fire. Seasonings are optional. Easy to prep ahead, great for camping and other outdoor eating events.

Wash and cut up your broccoli. Transfer to your tin foil sheet.

Add whatever seasonings you may want. Lemon, salt and pepper, oil, Italian dressing etc.

Fold up the tin foil like a packet, making sure all the openings are well sealed. This will help steam your broccoli. Cook for about 20-30 minutes.
