• Wheat flour: 500 g
• Yeast: 15 g
• Salt: 1 teaspoon
• Water: 250 ml
• Sugar: 1 pinch
Second Step

You place the wheat flour on the surface where the dough is going to be done, then with a spatula you make a hole in the middle of the wheat flour to add there the yeast.
Third Step

You spread the salt all over the wheat flour and then in the hole you have done you place the yeast, the water and a pinch of sugar.
Fourth Step

With a little stick, you mix the water, the yeast, the sugar and some flour to activate the yeast. Then, you let it rest for ten minutes.
Fifth Step

After the yeast has been activated, you mix the remaining flour with what you have left rest. Then, you knead the mix you have made.
Sixth Step

You let the dough rest for two hours for it to rise.
Seventh Step

With a roller, you flatten the dough to give it a circular form. And with a stick, you make little holes to let the dough breath.
Eighth Step

You place the dough in a tray and you put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Ninth Step

After the 20 minutes, you take out the Focaccia from the oven and it is ready to eat.
