- cardboard

- paint brush
- ribbon
- hot glue gun
- adobe illustrator 2025
- small hook
- string or chain
Part 1: Outline

Begin by opening Adobe Illustrator and start and new project. This size should be 12x12.
Take the circle tool and click once to create a perfect circle. Make a 1x1 circle and repeat this process until 13x13. After this create hollow circles by making a 14x14 circle and then size it down by 0.5 so it will be 13.5.
Repeat this process by sizing each ring down by 0.5 inches until you reach 18x18 inches.

After completing the outline of the circles complete the following:
Upload each file to your drive
laser print the files
take them out
prep for the next step
Part 2: Gluing

Hot glue each ring together. This should be done from the biggest ring to the small in sequential order.
(Tip: do it in sections and then glue sections together)
Painting

After gluing all the pieces together, pick out your paint colors
Begin the first layer with an ombre from the colors of your choice. After that do the second layer and blend each color together. Remember, do the top and bottom.

Cut out small trapezoid shapes. When doing this round the corners to create a softer look. After that, glue them on the first 3 wide layers of the body. Do this in the color of your choice.
Part 3: Arms

Take your ribbon colors of choice and cut out 4 different lengths:
Extremely long
long
medium
small
From here, use hot glue to glue on each piece on the underside of the body. Add if all over from the outside to the innermost area.
(Tip: add the longest pieces in the middle and make it gradually go out to make it fuller)
Hook

To hang it, get a hook and a power drill. Mark the middle spot of the body at the top. Take the drill and drill a small hole into the body of it. After this take your hook and hot glue it in to keep it in place.
After this take the chain or the string you want to use and thread it through the hole, then tie it off.
