There is published infromation on flexifoil stacking lines but this seems to be referencing non-existant links to flexifoil international or some private sites such as This is the Flexifoil Super 10 power kite (leonsmith.co.uk) and The Power Kite Site - Stacking Flexifoils (kitepower.com) which could disappear at any minute.

Creating the Knots

knots.png

Depending on the version of flexifoil kite cut the appropiate length of braided line (Example Supler 10 so 1829 + 300 mm)

Two knots are used

A - Simple Knot

B - Overhand Knot

  1. Measure 75mm from the end of the line and tie knot (A)
  2. Fold the line at knot (A)
  3. Tie Two knots (B) where the end meets the main line

The two knots are needed for stacking

Stacking

How to stack.png

Assuming that there are only two kites to stack

One knot is used

C - Larks head knot (Cow hitch)

  1. Attach the stacking line to the main line at the join of the two knots (B)
  2. Attach the main line to the flexifoil spar using knot (C)
  3. Attack the stacking line to the flexifoil spar using knot (C)

Keep stacking if you have more kites
