Flayed Man Cheese Ball

One of the spookiest Halloween Appetizers I've ever made! The 'DEVIL' Flayed Man Cheese Ball! Always a huge hit at the Halloween Parties!! Easy to make and guarantee there won't be another like it at the party!

Get a cheap plastic mask from one of your big box stores! Pick out one with some 'character' that you can get creative with! This Joker Mask was perfect for what I was looking for!

Line the mask with plastic wrap, layer prosciutto in areas of the mask where skin would be. Mix up your favorite cream cheese dip and press it into the mold starting at the lowest point of the mask (the nose) first. Put layers of cheese in the mask until it's mostly filled. Chill for 30 minutes

Patch up any areas with leftover prosciutto you need to so all the 'skin' areas are covered. I cut some onion petals for the eyeballs, poked some holes and put pieces of red bell pepper in for the eyes and for the mouth/tongue. I then picked the longest, sharpest looking almond slivers I could find in the bag and gave him teeth.

Find a tray big enough for your cheese ball and whatever crackers or veggies you're serving it with! Be sure to take pictures before the crowd starts digging in! Has been a HUGE hit at the Halloween parties I've taken him too! GOOD LUCK & HAVE FUN!
