For this Instructable as mentioned before these ingredients are just a base, you just need some water, some sweetener and some flavorings, the possibilities are endless, I used some color and flavor condiments, you can used anything and if you to tell me to try it out.

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • Handfull of Roselle (Dried Hibiscus Flower, Flor de Jamaica in Spanish)
  • Handfull of Basil leaves
  • 3 Lemongrass stalks
  • 1 1/2 cups of Water
  • 3/4 cups of Sugar

The tools are also really basic and are the way all of the ice cubes can be made

  • Peeler
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife
  • Ice cube Tray
  • Ladle
  • Pot

*Note: The Pot and Ladle are optional and will be explained in the procedure steps coming next.

It is just that simple haha you can prepare your ingredients in any way you like I simply chopped and started brewing them all, sugar first, and them all of the rest on the stove top, I then left the pot in the fridge for 24 hours but you can choose any way you like the hot or the cold method, I chose both. That's why I mentioned the Pot and Ladle were optional on the previous step.

Freeze

Again just as simple as it seems but I noted the high content of sugar may interfere with the freezing so add water and dilute it more until it will freeze normally, if something doesn't work let me know.

Enjoy!
