To make the DIY flat pack juicer you will need:

- a cutting mat

- tape

- exacto knife

- cutter knife

- math compass

- pencil

- sheets of polypropylene in the colors you want. (I used yellow, transparent and white) Make sure you have a sheet of 0.5mm thick, one of 1mm and one of 2mm.

The Shape

Print these files on A4, then you have the shapes in full size

Cutting the Shapes: Small Shape

On the polypropylene with thickness 0.5mm, you cut out the small shape;

First cut out around the shape in paper. Stick the paper to the PP sheet with tape.

Cut on the lines; the red lines have to be cut completely, on the black lines an incision on the front and the blue lines an incision on the back of the PP sheet.

Cutting the Shapes: Big Shape

On the PP sheet with thickness 1mm, you cut the big shape. The same way you did with the small shape.

Note: on one side, there is no cutout; this side will be used to pour the juice.

Cutting the Shapes: the Ring
