I fixed my indoor TV Arial with a length of aluminium foil wrapped around a coat hanger.
Worked well, receiving all channels, and took onlly 30 seconds to make. Surprised it hasn't been done before, who knows, maybe it has ?
The indoor arial already has an electric amplifier built in and this is a great benefit,. After the original 'cat whiskers' tubes broke off it could only get 1 channel. Using a coat hanger fixed that.
Supplies
75 cm Aluminum foil.
Tear a Length of Aluminum Foil Off Roll

Insert into the aerial - into where the missing 'cat whiskers' was before. Leave the other side empty. (See picture)
Now sit back with a beverage and watch your favourite TV show.
