Fix a Loose USB-C That Won't Charge

Tired of having to buy a new smartphone because the old one cannot charge anymore despite being perfectly fine beside its USB-C port? No more!

After reading online how the USB-C connector delivers power you can realise that if your smartphone won't charge only because of incorrect fitting tolerance, you can fix it with a simple piece of paper!

Supplies

1 Piece of paper

1 piece of thin tape

Cut a slice of paper

Fold it over itself once to double its thickness.

Tape it around to make it stronger (careful not to make it too thick)

Insert this paper between the phone casing and the USB-C bus (the "thing in the middle" of your usb port)

Now when you plug the phone the male USB-C will press against the paper, making it fit tighter to the connector.

Note: in the picture I meant black and not "back"

Tape it to the back of the smartphone, now it won't budge and you won't loose it.
