Fishing Pole Holder

11.jpg
This fishing pole holder is great for setting your fishing pole into when you dont have enough arms to hold everything, or you just want to sit back and relax.

Submitted by Powell Middle School for the Instructables Sponsorship Program.

You will need
- Rebar
- A hollow tube that a fishing pole can fit into
- A saw (that will cut rebar and hollow tube to length)
- A welder
- Black paint

Cut six rebarb bars into 16in and two 7in bars with the saw. Then cut cut a pipe 3in in length to make the holder.

Next lay 4 out of the 6 peices of the 16in lengths of rebar into a squar. Then weld that together to make the frame.

Then you weld the last 2 peices of the 16in pieces at an angle so that the pole is held at an angle and not straight up and down.

Then weld the hollow tube to the tip of the tilted rebar. Then weld the small 7in long peices of rebar so you can weigh down fishing pole holder with reocks.

Finally paint it with black paint and let it sit for a little bit.
